What Is Coffee?
Coffee begins as a fruit called a coffee cherry. Inside each cherry are the beans that are carefully harvested, processed, roasted, and brewed into the coffee we know and love.

Where Coffee Comes From?
Coffee is grown in warm regions around the world, often called the “Coffee Belt.” Countries like Brazil, Colombia, Ethiopia, and Guatemala each produce beans with their own unique flavors and characteristics.

Coffee Bean Types
Most coffee comes from two main varieties:
Arabica- Smooth and flavorful Naturally sweeter Lower in caffeine
Robusta- Bold and earthy. Higher in caffeine Rich, full-bodied taste

What Affects Flavor?
Several things influence how your coffee tastes, including:
Roast level
Grind size
Water temperature
Brewing method
Freshness

Each of these plays an important role in creating your perfect cup.
