The Ideal Brewing Temperature
Water that’s too hot can make coffee taste bitter, while water that’s too cool may leave it tasting weak or sour.
Recommended Temperature: 195–205°F (90–96°C)
Cozy Tip: If you don’t have a thermometer, let boiling water sit for about 30 seconds before brewing.
